Do you take walk-ins? No. All services are scheduled.
How do I schedule an appointment? The quickest way is to visit www.c2taxpros.com/request-appointment.html to schedule your next appointment. Please be sure you have all your documents before your appointed time.
Can I schedule a group appointment with my family? Yes. We offer a Group Drop Off Appointment. When dropping off you only need one 15 -minute time slot. Each person will need to complete a separate data sheet.
Can I drop off my tax information when your office is closed? Frankeberger Place usually opens at 8:00 a.m. Place your documents in an envelope and slide under our locked office door.
Does my spouse need to come to the appointment with me? Your spouse does not need to come with you when you drop off your tax documents. If you are filing a tax return using the Married Filing Joint filing status you will both need to review and sign e-file authorization pages.
Can I send someone to pick up my tax return? You are the only person that our office will release your tax return to unless other arrangements were made at the time of your appointment. We need to see you to review the return and collect your signature on the appropriate forms.
Cancellations How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment? Shortly after scheduling your appointment, you should have received an email confirmation of your appointment. Open the email and click the box marked Change/Cancel Appointment. Please be mindful that the time has been set aside for you. You will only be able to do this online once. After that you will need to call our office to request another appointment.
Do you charge a cancellation fee? We understand that things come up and will try to accommodate your changing schedule; however, if you have a history of cancellations or have already cancelled an appointment a $40 cancellation fee will be added to your tax preparation fees.
Should I reschedule if the weather is bad? We usually close our office due to inclement winter weather. We want our staff and clients to be safe. You will not incur a cancellation fee if this is the reason for your cancellation.
Should I reschedule if I am sick? If you have any symptoms of a cold, influenza, or a fever please remain home until you feel better for at least 24 hours. You will not incur a cancellation fee if this is the reason for your cancellation.
What type of payment do you accept for service? We accept cash and your personal check as payment for our services. We charge a $35 fee anytime your check is returned for insufficient funds.
Can you take my fees for tax preparation out of my refund? Tax returns are submitted only after our invoice for tax preparation services is paid in full. Your fees CANNOT be taken out of your refund.
Do I need to pay for services when I drop off my tax documents? You will not need to pay for services until your return is completed. Returns will not be electronically filed or released to you until our office has been paid in full unless other payment arrangements were made prior to your appointment.
Do you give discounts for referrals? We sincerely appreciate your referrals. Our business was built on them! We provide your referrals exceptional year-round service, but we don’t discount or pay referral fees.
