The Guest Exchange is a convenient option for securely sending and receiving documents when you don’t want to create a full Client Portal Account.

The Guest Exchange Process
Receive a Link: You will receive a link to the Guest Exchange feature from our office. This link is provided along with instructions on how to use the feature.
Access the Guest Exchange: Click on the link provided. It will take you to a web-based application or portal specifically set up for the Guest Exchange feature.
Upload Documents: Once you access the Guest Exchange, you can upload the documents you need to send securely. This includes tax related documents, financial statements, or any other relevant files.
Download Documents: If your tax preparer needs to send documents to you that they want you to access, you can download them from the same interface.
Secure Transfer: The Guest Exchange is designed to provide a secure and encrypted method for transferring sensitive tax documents, even without creating a full Client Portal Account.
