New Client Process

Our New Client Process
Step 1: Our process starts with a New Client Telephone Consultation. This is where we “get to know” each other. Afterwards, we’ll be able to determine how we can best serve your tax preparation needs. This is offered on a limited basis and will only be available through end of the first week of February.
It’s important to remember that your New Client Telephone Consultation must be scheduled with the tax preparer you’ve selected. This ensures that you will receive personalized attention throughout the process.
Step 2: The first appointment is to drop off your tax documents for preparation. This is an in person drop off, where you will meet your tax preparer or our front office associate. After a new client’s first year, the option to upload your documents to our portal will be available.

In addition to your tax documents, you should bring the following to your drop off appointment:
  • Current Driver’s License or State Identification Card
  • Social Security Numbers and Birthdates for everyone listed on your tax return.
  • Voided Check (Direct Deposit)
  • Copy of your previous year's Tax Return
  • Any notices you received from the IRS, State, or Local tax agencies.

Step 3: The final appointment is to review and pick up your completed tax returns. Once your tax return has been completed, you will receive an email that your tax return is available to be picked up. A scheduling link will be provided in the email.
  • At that time, you will be asked to sign any forms associated with the electronic filing of your tax return. Your return will be filed the same day.
  • You will leave with copies of your tax return and any documents you provided us with.
  • Payment is expected at this time. We accept cash and personal checks.
No pick-ups will be completed without a scheduled appointment.
