Scheduling Your Tax Appointment Do I need a Pre-Appointment Telephone Consultation? If you are a new client, you should schedule one. This is an opportunity for us to get acquainted and determine how we can best serve your tax preparation needs.
Can I schedule my Pre-Appointment Telephone Consultation with either tax preparer? You should only schedule your Telephone Consultation with the Tax Preparer who you’ve selected to prepare your tax return.
Canceling or Rescheduling Your Tax Appointment How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment? Please be mindful that this time has been set aside specifically for you. Shortly after scheduling your appointment, you should have received an email confirmation. Open the email and click the box marked Change/Cancel Appointment. You will only be able to reschedule online once. After that you will need to call our office to request another appointment. We will be happy to reschedule your tax appointment, based on our availability.
Do you charge a cancellation fee? This time has been reserved for you. It is time we were unable to give it to another client. A cancellation fee will be incurred if your cancellation occurs within 24 hours of your appointment or if you have a history of cancellations. No shows will be considered to be a cancellation with less than 24-hour notice.
