Scheduling FAQs

FAQ: Scheduling Appointments

Q: How do I schedule an appointment?
A: The quickest way to schedule your appointment is to use our website’s online scheduling system. It can be found at www.c2taxpros.com/request-appointment.html. Appointments can also be made by contacting our office during normal business hours.

Q: Do I need an appointment to drop off my tax documents?
A: Returning clients are welcome to drop off their documents using the Drop Box in our waiting room during regular office hours without an appointment.

Q: Can I book an appointment if I am a new client?
A: New clients should complete their Pre-Appointment Telephone Consultation before scheduling an appointment for tax preparation. Please check our online scheduling system for availability.

Q: How far in advance should I book?
A: We recommend booking an appointment as early as possible, since appointment slots fill up quickly.

Q: Can I schedule an appointment for a time that’s not listed on the website?
A: The times shown on our online scheduler are the only ones currently available. If you don’t see a time that works for you, you’re welcome to check back later — new openings appear as schedules change.

If you are a returning client, you can drop off your tax documents using our Drop Off Box during our regular office hours, and we’ll contact you once your return is ready for review.

Q: What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
A: Please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the time to another client. You can cancel or reschedule by opening your appointment confirmation email and clicking the Change/Cancel Appointment button. Please see our cancellation policy for further details.

Q: What if I just need to sign forms or pick up my tax return?
A: For quick visits to pick up your tax return without meeting with your tax preparer, we offer Express Sign & Go. This service requires scheduling an appointment with a front office staff member.

Q: Are evening or weekend appointments available?
A: Our standard office hours include evening and weekend appointments. The office is closed on Thursdays and Sundays. Please check the online scheduler for the most up-to-date availability.

Q: What if I miss the scheduling deadline for the April 15 filing?
A: All documents must be submitted by March 18th in order for meet the filing deadline. After this date,
appointments will still be available. Please check our online scheduling system for our availability.
