Frequently Asked Questions - New Client Q: Are you accepting new clients? A: Yes, but space is limited. We encourage new clients to contact us early to reserve their spot.
Q: What is your fee for tax preparation? A: Our base rate for individual returns is $225. While many tax returns fall within the base rate, the fee may be higher if your return is more complex.
Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: Payment is due once your tax return has been completed. We gladly accept cash and checks as payment. Credit and debit cards are not accepted at this time.
Q: Do I need an appointment to have my taxes prepared? A:Yes. New clients shouldn’t schedule an appointment for tax preparation until they have completed their Pre-Appointment Telephone Consultation.
Q: How far in advance should I book? A: Appointments fill quickly, and space is limited, so we recommend scheduling once you receive all your tax documents.
Q: Do you have evening or weekend appointments? A: We’re open most weekdays. We also offer evening and Saturday appointments. The office is closed every Thursday and Sunday.
Q: Do you offer in-person appointments? A: Yes. You can schedule an appointment to meet with us in the office to go over your completed return. Please note: We do not prepare tax returns while you wait.
Q: How do I get my tax documents to you? A: You can schedule an appointment to drop off your tax documents in person at our office. Our staff will be happy to assist you with the process.
Q: What should I bring as a new client? A: In addition to all your tax related documents, please bring:
Copy of last year’s tax return
Copy of Driver’s License
Social Security cards for everyone on the return
Voided Check for Direct Deposit
