New Client FAQs Are you accepting new clients? We accept new clients every year, based on our availability. Most of our new clients are introduced to us as a referral.
Are C2 Tax & Payroll Associates like the national tax stores? No. We are a small private practice, unlike your typical national tax store. When you come here you get the tax team of Carolann Wendland and Cathy Snavely. Together, they have over 60 years’ combined experience. You will be assigned a primary tax preparer that can best serve your tax preparation needs.
How do I get started? The first step in our new client process is to schedule a Pre-Appointment Telephone Consultation. At this time, we will evaluate how we can best serve your tax preparation needs.
Do you take walk ins? No, all New Client Appointments are scheduled.
How long will my appointment take? It usually takes less than 10 minutes to drop off your documents.
When is payment expected? Payment is expected once your tax return has been completed. Our most common forms of payment include cash and personal checks.
Can my fees be taken out of my refund? No. We don’t offer this service. How can I have a great tax appointment? Schedule your appointment early and arrive prepared by having all your tax documents at the time of drop off. Don’t worry, we’ll tell you what you need to bring during the Pre-Appointment Telephone Consultation.
